<p><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Integra People are looking to speak with skilled EV Charge Point Installers / Electricians to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electric vehicle charging stations at various locations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within the renewable energy sector, contributing to the transition towards sustainable transportation. The position involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards.</span></p>
<p><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Install EV charge points in accordance with manufacturer specifications and electrical codes</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation procedures.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct electrical wiring and connections, ensuring compliance with safety standards.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed charging stations.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Test systems thoroughly to ensure proper operation before handing over to clients.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Document installation processes and complete necessary reports accurately.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations throughout all stages of work.</span></li>

<p><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">A City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation with completed NVQ</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">AM2 – Preferred</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">EV Charing Qualification 2919 – Preferred</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">A City & Guilds 2392 / 2391 / 2394or equivalent Testing and Inspection qualification is preferred.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">EV knowledge and desire to learn about the ever growing industry.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Proven experience with electrical systems or electrical installation work is essential.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for electrical tasks.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Previous experience with EV charge point installation is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of electrical wiring regulations and safety standards within the UK</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Strong organisational skills with attention to detail</span></li>
<li><span style=", helvetica, sans-serif">Valid UK driving licence is required.</span></li>
