About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and risks.
Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their support networks.
Providing ongoing support and advocacy for clients, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, to facilitate effective service delivery.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
Current registration with Social Work England.
Proven experience working in mental health settings, particularly with adults.
Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to client care.
