<p><strong>Commercial Contracts Manager & Legal Advisor</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Manchester, Stockport, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Chesterfield</p>
</p>
<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>
<p>Take ownership of the full contractual lifecycle for engineered projects, from reviewing NDAs and negotiating contracts through to project governance, claims management and dispute resolution. You’ll provide commercial and non-contentious legal support, helping secure commercially sound agreements while managing contractual risk and supporting successful project delivery.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>· At least 5 years’ experience drafting and negotiating complex project agreements</p>
<p>· Strong knowledge of liability, indemnities, warranties, liquidated damages, insurance and performance security</p>
<p>· Confident negotiator with strong commercial judgement</p>
<p>· Degree in Law or Quantity Surveying</p>

<p><strong>The Package:</strong></p>
<p>· £60,000-£70,000 basic salary</p>
<p>· Company car or car allowance</p>
<p>· 27 days’ annual leave plus public holidays</p>
