  • Provide first-level technical support for troubleshooting issues encountered during technology implementation/upgrades.
  • Assist field technicians with IT hardware installations, ensuring project implementation protocols are followed.
  • Take inbound calls and make outbound calls related to technology rollout projects.
  • Update tracking applications and perform system validations as calls are handled.
  • Deliver updates via email and maintain communication through Excel and other tools.
Critical Information
  • Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
