Associate Director - Residential Agency

Salary: Circa £35,000 basic + car allowance
On-Target Earnings: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Associate Director to join a
premium, national estate agency brand specialising in the
upper quartile of the residential property market.
Based in Ipswich, this role focuses on delivering high-value residential property sales while supporting the Head of Office in driving revenue, profitability, and strategic growth. You will work with high-net-worth clients and premium properties, requiring a consultative, service-led approach and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and team revenue targets through the sale of high-value residential properties
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the premium property market
- Identify, pitch for, and secure new instructions, with a focus on upper quartile homes
- Provide a best-in-class, consultative service tailored to high-end clients
- Conduct market appraisals and advise on pricing and marketing strategies for premium assets
- Manage the full sales process through to completion, liaising with solicitors and all stakeholders
- Provide expert insight into the local and prime property market
- Develop and leverage a strong network of contacts to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance, AML, and KYC regulations
- Support team performance and uphold the highest professional and brand standards
About You
- Proven track record of success within residential sales, ideally within the upper quartile or prime market
- Strong knowledge of Ipswich and the surrounding areas, with an understanding of the premium buyer profile
- Highly skilled negotiator with the ability to build credibility with discerning clients
- Demonstrated success in winning instructions, particularly for higher-value properties
- Strong understanding of the full residential sales process
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, and relevant property regulations
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Professional, articulate, and confident communicator
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
