Pay Rate: £12.24 – £13.14 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Twilight) / 5:00pm – 10:00pm (Evenings) / 11:00pm – 8:00am (Nights) / 12:30am – 8:00am (Early Nights)
Contract: Ongoing with permanent opportunities available

About the Role

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a leading parcel courier company based in Maidstone (ME20). Due to continued growth, they are expanding their warehouse team and offering immediate starts across multiple shifts.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment, ideal for reliable and motivated individuals.

Available Shifts & Pay

• Twilight Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm – £12.24 per hour
• Evening Shift: 5:00pm – 10:00pm – £12.24 per hour
• Night Shift: 11:00pm – 8:00am – £13.14 per hour
• Early Night Shift: 12:30am – 8:00am – £13.14 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting and organising parcels accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Using scanners, conveyor belts, and warehouse equipment
• Labelling and identifying parcels to ensure smooth dispatch
• Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Following all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• No previous experience required – full training provided
• Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable with physical and hands-on work
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Able to travel to the ME20 area
