The Studio Operations Manager ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of a dynamic architecture studio, managing schedules, vendors, office systems, and administrative workflows that allow the design team to focus on their best work. With five to seven years of operational or studio management experience, you’ll serve as the organizational backbone of the studio, coordinating across departments and supporting firm leadership with operational planning and logistics. This role is ideal for a proactive, people-first operator who thrives in a creative environment.

• 5-7 years of operations, office management, or studio coordination experience Strong organizational and project management skills Experience managing vendor relationships, facilities, and office systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities and support a fast-paced creative team

• Experience in AEC, design, or creative professional services Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana
