<strong>Job Requirements </strong><br><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li>The Clinic Coordinator provides high-level administrative support in a clinical setting. The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and maintaining the calendar for clinical heads of one or more designated departments, prepares correspondence and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the department. Additionally, in the absence of a dedicated surgical scheduler, the Clinic Coordinator assumes this role.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>2 year / Associate's Degree (Preferred)</li><li>Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.</li><li>Non Degree Program (Preferred)</li><li>Vocational / Technical Degree (Preferred)</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Certification / Licensure / Registration</strong></p><ul><li>Not Applicable – No Certification and Licensure Requirements required or preferred</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Experience and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>*2 - 4 years Administrative/clerical support for mid- to upper-level management, preferably in a healthcare setting (Required)</li><li>*2 - 4 years Proven ability to use independent judgement and function autonomously (Required)</li><li>2 - 4 years Working knowledge of medical terminology (Preferred)</li></ul><br/><br><br>
