Growth Marketing Executive (Lead Gen Focus)
Up to £40,000 + Benefits | Hertfordshire (Hybrid 3/2)
Ashdown Group are working with a client who are looking for an ambitious Growth Marketing Executive to join a scaling online wellness & coaching platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, loves testing new ideas, and wants to see direct impact from their work. If you’re commercially sharp, data-led, and hungry to grow fast — this could be a great next step.
What you’ll be doing:
Driving lead generation across PPC, paid social, SEO, content & influencers
Owning and optimising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
Analysing performance and scaling what works
Creating high-converting campaigns and digital assets
Constantly testing, learning, and improving ROI
Spotting new growth opportunities and jumping on them fast
Our client is looking for:
Experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing
Solid grasp of paid media, SEO, and lead generation tactics
Confident with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
A data-driven mindset with a bias for action
Someone who wants progression — and isn’t afraid to earn it

Our client is offering a salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, performance related bonus, Pension, healthcare, 24 days holiday , Onsite gym & sauna. It's hybrid working (3 days in Hertfordshire office)
