Quality Controller

Role Overview HRGO Recruitment Ashford is looking for a diligent Quality Controller to join a busy production company based in Staplehurst. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in quality or manufacturing who are looking for stable, long-term work with the potential to progress into a permanent role. Key Responsibilities: Inspecting and checking fruit and veg to ensure they meet quality standards Identifying and reporting defects or non-conformances on the production line Completing accurate quality control documentation and records Liaising with team leaders and supervisors to resolve quality issues Maintaining a clean and organised work area in line with company procedures Ideal Candidate Will Be: Holding a minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality control or similar role Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment Flexible to work occasional weekends when required Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse settings essential Immediate start available for the right candidate!
