Psychology Teacher - Rugby

About the role:

We are seeking a full-time Psychology Teacher to work with one of our partner secondary schools in Rugby, starting from September 2026. This role is on a long-term basis expected to last until December 2026, potentially extending until the end of the academic year.

This school is a 11-18 academy known for it’s blend of historic architecture and state-of-the-art facilities. Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Psychology from KS3 – KS5, including full classroom responsibilities
• Manage classroom behaviour, following the schools policy
• Prepare students for GCSE & A-level exams

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Psychology up to KS5
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Two references we are able to apply for, desirably from an educational setting
