Marktplaats zoekt een proactieve Inkoper die samen met de hoofd inkoop verantwoordelijk is voor het optimaliseren van ons leveranciersbestand en inkoopproces. Je beheert de contracten en bouwt aan strategische relaties met leveranciers. Je werkt nauw samen met o.a.  IT, Engineering, Marketing, Legal en Development om de digitale transformatie te ondersteunen en de spend te optimaliseren Wat ga je doen? Als Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aankopen van goederen en diensten tegen de beste voorwaarden en kwaliteit. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: Leveranciersmanagement: Je selecteert, evalueert en onderhoudt relaties met leveranciers. Ondersteunen afdelingen: Je werkt samen met de diverse afdelingen en vertaald de behoeften in beste prijs kwaliteitsverhoudingen, Onderhandelen: Je voert scherpe onderhandelingen over contracten, prijzen en leveringsvoorwaarden. Marktonderzoek: Je analyseert de inkoopmarkt en identificeert nieuwe kansen en risico's. Procesoptimalisatie: Je verbetert het inkoopproces en zorgt voor een efficiënte administratieve afhandeling Wie zoeken wij? Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding (bijv. Logistiek, Economie ). Relevante werkervaring in inkoop. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en beheersing van inkoopsoftware. Overtuigingskracht, resultaatgerichtheid en goede communicatieve vaardigheden. The mission will be focused on understanding the needs of the local market and the categories to identify and implement synergy plans. You will report to our local Head of Procurement Marktplaats. What you will do: You will support the department in managing a spend of approx. €100m in multiple categories (Marketing, Product & Technology, Professional Services, Transactions and Corporate Services) focusing on local market needs. This by ensuring correct processes, structures and communication. You will work with the local Procurement Head and Global Strategic Sourcing team to align priorities and action plans. Helping manage suppliers and ensure high performance levels and regular reviews to optimise services. You will be the strong contact for local stakeholders for any Procurement-related local topics. (i.e weekly interactions with head of procurement, marketing, facilities, and other department leaders). You are the main contact for You will provide guidance about the Procurement process to ensure successful execution of local projects and process compliance. You will process and manage any Procurement-related activities locally in agreement with the Procurement Head (RFI / RFQ, contract management, market screening, benchmarking…). You will drive supplier relationship management along with key stakeholders. You will identify cost improvement opportunities. You will support the Procurement head on the adjustment of ways of working, processes and operating model between Global Procurement and Local Procurement (whenever needed). You will report progress / achievements to Head of Procurement whenever required. Who you are: Someone who is enthusiastic about helping colleagues in managing the suppliers and support in a smooth process. Likes to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal clients. Making sure you will be the go-to person for the day-to-day supplier topics to support to the organization. Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients and suppliers Proactivity and a self-starter.
