High School diploma or equivalent.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>2. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or</span></span> <span>Home Health Aide Certificate from an approved certifying organization.</span></p></div><div><p><span><span>3. Collect and prepare specimens and relevant documentation for transportation to off-site laboratory, assuring accuracy in labeling and documenting</span><span>. </span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Assists with any office examinations/procedures/tests/treatments. Administers </span><span>appropriate injections</span><span> to patients of all ages and draw blood specimens, following office & CDC guidelines. Maintain patient education resources and </span><span>provide</span><span> instruction and education to patients as instructed by providers.</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Anticipate</span><span> necessary labs, reports and consults the provider may need. Reconcile all lab results in EMR. Send out patient reminder letters and </span><span>maintain</span><span> patient compliance scheduling.</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Prepare and replenish medical supplies including vaccine inventory and monitor medication refrigerator temperatures based on DPH requirements. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Follow DPH protocols </span><span>regarding</span><span> safe keeping of all medications and vaccines</span><span>. </span><span> </span></span><span> </span><span><span> </span></span></li><li><span><span>Clean and sterilize instruments and maintain</span><span> diagnostic equipment. Quality control and record on all in-house testing </span><span>i.e.</span><span> urine, strep, blood glucose monitors and pregnancy controls. Report any malfunctions to BioMed. Arrange for any replacement / upgrades to all medical devices.</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Facilitate</span><span> daily operations and responsibilities of the day-to-day patient flow within each designated area, acting as the first level “go-to person” for the providers, clinical and clerical staff </span><span>regarding</span><span> troubleshooting issues such as patient complaints, billing questions, registration issues</span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Assists with provider schedules and staff schedules</span><span>. </span><span>Coordinate and/or provide </span><span>appropriate coverage</span><span> for vacation requests and sick calls</span><span>. </span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Acts as Electronic Medical Record “Super User”, attending regular EMR training sessions, distributing </span><span>new information</span><span> or workflows to providers and staff and training of </span><span>new staff</span><span> members on EMR</span><span>. </span></span><span> </span></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><span><span>Participates</span><span> in the interviewing, hiring and performance evaluation of staff, </span><span>providing</span><span> on-going useful, </span><span>objective</span><span> and constructive input.
