About the Role

Are you an experienced Market Access professional with deep expertise in US pricing, contracting, and government reporting? We’re partnering with a US biopharmaceutical organization developing innovative therapies for rare diseases and critical care. With a strong European foundation and an expanding US presence, this is a chance to help shape the company’s commercial success in North America.

Everything you need to know about the role:

You will:

  • Develop and execute US pricing strategy (WAC, discount corridors)
  • Lead Government Price Reporting and submissions (AMP, Best Price, ASP, NFAMP/FCP, 340B) and state transparency filings
  • Oversee contract operations including loading, validation, accruals, chargebacks, and rebate adjudication
  • Partner with Finance on GTN forecasting and accruals, ensuring audit-ready compliance
  • Monitor evolving policy landscapes (e.g., Inflation Reduction Act) and advise leadership
  • Deliver contract performance analytics and collaborate with Sales and Trade on pull-through initiatives

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit:

  • 8 to10 years in Market Access, Pricing & Contracting with hands on Government Pricing/Reporting experience
  • Strong understanding of payer/GPO economics, Medicaid/340B, and chargeback/rebate processes
  • Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred

Preferred:

  • Experience with third party systems (e.g., IntegraChain, RSM)
  • Background in policy or reimbursement analytics
