Our client is a rapidly expanding international consultancy supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organisations across the UK and Europe. With a reputation for excellence and growth, they are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their field based sales in Belfast and drive new business opportunities across Northern Ireland.

The requirements:
1-3 years' experience in sales, business development within life sciences or medical sales.
Confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior professionals
Previous field based or face to face sales experience is ideal
Experienced in using LinkedIn for research and prospecting
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Autonomous, resilient, and target-driven mindset
Full right to work in the UK
Full UK driving license.
The role:
Regular customer visits with 3 days on the road.
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential leads.
Research and build targeted account lists within medical sector across Northern Ireland.
Attend introductory client meetings, gaining valuable consultative sales experience
Maintain detailed records of all activities within the CRM system, supporting follow-ups and proposals
Represent the company at local networking events, building relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing to enhance campaigns and share market insights
