<p>A well-established, tier 1 maintenance contractor that have an excellent reputation in the industry. They are looking to on board an experienced supervisor that can bring their expertise to the team.</p>
<p> <strong>Role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervision of the contract ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively.</li>
<li>Dealing with Reactive and Day to Day Repairs.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets.</li>
<li>Have experience dealing with responsive repairs with social housing contracts.</li>
<li>Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise.</li>
<li>Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.</li>
<li>Ensure all client’s expectations are achieved.</li>
<li>Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedure.</li>
<li>Driving from site to site as part of the daily duties</li>
<li>Be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe.</li>
<li>To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required</li>
<li>Attend inspections where necessary.</li>
<li>Be computer literate and be able to effectively use Excel.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent</li>
<li>2+ years’ experience working as a Supervisor or above</li>
<li>Good Social Housing Knowledge</li>
<li>RTW in UK and Clean Drivers Licence.</li>
<li>SSSTS Qualification</li>
<li>Asbestos Awareness</li>
<li>Clean DBS</li>
