About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to support their high-performing Commercial Real Estate team. This is a key role focused on driving legal excellence, supporting fee earners, and enhancing client service through knowledge management, training, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring legal developments and producing timely updates and guidance
• Drafting and maintaining precedents, practice notes, and know-how materials
• Delivering internal training and supporting professional development
• Assisting with legal research and complex technical queries
• Contributing to client briefings, publications, and thought leadership
• Supporting innovation and efficiency initiatives across the team

You:

• Qualified solicitor with strong experience in commercial real estate
• Excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills
• Passion for legal knowledge, training, and development
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
