Our client’s Banking & Finance group is known for its sharp commercial edge and is the go-to advisor for complex matters, acting for major UK financial institutions, challenger banks, specialist lenders, and a wide range of borrowers across the UK, Europe, and the US.
The OpportunityAdvise on general banking, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, and asset-based lending
Draft and negotiate facility agreements, LMA agreements, credit agreements, and related documentation
Act for major clearing banks, challenger banks, specialist lenders, and borrower clients
Support private equity, management teams, and debt funders on a range of debt structures (including unitranche and mezzanine/second lien)
Work on real estate acquisitions, investments, developments, and portfolio management
Engage in business development activities as part of a rapidly growing national team

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with 4–7 years’ PQE in banking & finance
Strong technical and negotiation skills
Experience drafting facility agreements and related banking documentation
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels
Team player with a proactive, “can do” attitude and the ability to work under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
