About the Role

<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> &nbsp;Change Lead<br /> <strong>Reporting to:</strong> Head of Transformation Programme Delivery</p> <p><strong>Role Context:</strong></p> <p>Our client is embarking on the most significant transformation of their in-unit technology and processes in decades.&nbsp;</p> <div align="center"> <hr align="center" size="2" width="100%" /></div> <p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Change Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the enterprise-wide change initiatives ensuring the effective delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation Programme Delivery, this role will be tasked with being the SME for change and driving Compass Group&rsquo;s change agenda, embedding change methodologies such as Prosci frameworks, and leading strategic change management efforts across multiple Transformation and change programmes.</p> <p>The Change Lead will work as a core part of program delivery establishing a clear vision from as-is into to-be changes of ways of working creating change readiness assessments and clear actions plans for each stakeholder network. In addition the Change Lead will build a network of Change and Engagement champions to facilitate uptake of business change and transformation initatives.</p> <p>The role will ensure alignment with our client&#8217;s cultural values and business goals while ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.</p> <div align="center"> <hr align="center" size="2" width="100%" /></div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ol start="1"> <li><strong>Change Leadership:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Develop and own change methodologies throughout all stages of program delivery, ensuring strategic alignment with transformation objectives.</li> <li>Provide expert change management guidance to key stakeholders, ensuring that all transformation initiatives are delivered with a focus on business outcomes and operational success.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Strategic Change Management:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Develop and implement enterprise-level change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to guide transformation efforts.</li> <li>Drive the adoption of new technology platforms and operational processes, ensuring that change is delivered with minimal disruption to business operations.</li> <li>Act as a champion of change within the organisation, promoting understanding, engagement, and commitment across all business units.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Build strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure effective engagement and communication throughout the transformation process.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team and wider leadership, ensuring buy-in to the change agenda.</li> <li>Drive a culture of collaboration and transparency across the organisation, ensuring that all levels of the business are engaged and aligned with transformation goals.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Governance and Oversight:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Provide oversight on risk management and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to mitigate potential impacts on business continuity.</li> <li>Deliver regular updates to the Head of Transformation Programme Delivery and collaborate with Program Leads to ensure accurate and high quality change management plans, milestones,&nbsp; key achievements, risks, and opportunities.</li> </ul> </ol> <ol start="5"> <li><strong>Team Leadership and Development:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Foster a high-performance culture within the delivery team, ensuring accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Support the professional development of change engagement champions, promoting knowledge sharing networks and engagement groups.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Cultural Integration:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Ensure that culture and values are integrated into all change initiatives, fostering a positive working environment for in-unit teams.</li> <li>Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, driving commitment to change at all levels of the organisation.</li> <li>Ensure that the business is prepared for the cultural and operational shifts that accompany large-scale transformation, with a focus on long-term success.</li> </ul> </ol> <div align="center"> <hr align="center" size="2" width="100%" /></div> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale enterprise change initiatives, ideally in a global, complex organisation.</li> <li>Strong background in change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Agile Change Management).</li> <li>Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and operational processes within large organisations.</li> <li>Strong leadership with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.</li> </ul> <div align="center">&nbsp;</div> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <div align="center">&nbsp;</div> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>, </p>
