Accepts responsibility for cost containment within the operating budget. Communicates with parents/guardians and professionals regarding consumer needs, progress and concerns. </span></li> <li style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Participates in various committees, such as the Safety Committee, Human Rights Committee, Advisory Council and Infection Control Committee, for optimal operations and services to consumers (per program requirements). </span></li> <li style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Ensures disciplinary action of staff is carried out when necessary in accordance with company policies and procedures. Coordinates with the State Director for approval of all involuntary terminations. Coordinates with State HR as appropriate. </span></li> <li style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Ensures/maintains licensure of all assigned homes/programs.
