✏️ The Role & ResponsibilitiesYou’ll play a vital role in school life by:
✅ Supporting pupils in the classroom
✅ Working 1:1 or in small groups
✅ Assisting the class teacher with learning activities
✅ Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
✅ Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
✅ Being hands-on, proactive, and ready to get stuck in!

Driving licence & access to a vehicle
️ Welsh-speaking ability
Experience with ASD, behaviour support, or ALN
✅ Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
✅ Experience working with children or young people
✅ Transferable experience welcomed (care, youth work, support roles)
✅ A positive attitude is just as important as formal qualifications
