We’re looking for a Deal Strategy Analyst to join our Order Management powerhouse. In this role, you aren’t just processing paperwork; you are the <strong data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="64">architect of the deal</strong>. You’ll partner directly with senior leadership to bridge the gap between our innovative technology and our global customers, ensuring every transaction is as seamless as the products we build. <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team in the quote-to-billing process with accuracy and correctness</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with both the Deal Strategy, Order Management, Renewals, and Commission teams to maintain uniform policies and procedures across the larger Deal Desk team</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Review and approve quotes and contracts for accuracy and completeness in our CRM</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Create, revise, and review all quotes and contracts requests for varying levels of deal size and complexity in our CRM system</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop an in-depth understanding of licensing models and recommend contract structures based on client use case</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Become a subject matter expert for Lucid’s business rules of engagement across all products and departments</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive process improvements to current order process to improve sales rep experience as well as reduce error rates and increase revenue retention</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive, lead, and guide approaches to deal strategy and appropriate billing structures</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work cross-functionally with all departments, including Sales, Accounting, Legal, and Revenue Operations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be an advocate and partner to internal organizations by understanding the complex needs of the sales and Revenue Operations organizations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Other duties as assigned</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">BA/BS degree</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1+ years Deal Desk/Deal Strategy or Sales experience in a SaaS company</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to detail, both as a processor and as a reviewer</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to evolving processes</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with sales, operations, customer success, legal and accounting teams</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Passion for working cross-departmentally with internal customers and stakeholders on complex business processes and projects </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve shared team objectives</span></li>
