Microsoft Sales Engineer £50 – 60k Basic + commission Fully remote (UK-based) Looking to take your Microsoft career into the next chapter? Prefer not to cold call or chase cold targets all day? Your new role.. I’m seeking a Microsoft Solution Sales Engineer for a Microsoft Partner focused on the collaboration side of Modern Workplace: SharePoint, Power Platform. You’ll be handling warm inbound leads from organisations who already want to engage – your role is to understand their needs, shape solutions using the Microsoft stack, and help move them forward. Expect regular conversations about SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, and Modern Workplace projects.  You’ll be backed by a skilled delivery team – so you can focus on what you do best: solving problems, building SOW and not delivering projects. The organisation.. This Microsoft Partner has a strong name in the M365 and Azure space.  They’re delivery-led, people-first, and well-regarded by Microsoft – with a steady stream of inbound demand to support their continued growth. They’ve got genuine expertise across Modern Workplace, Automation, and Infrastructure – and they’re building a team of low-ego professionals who know how to have smart conversations and build long-term client relationships. You’ll be fully remote and part of a supportive, close-knit team who are passionate about tech and straight-talking when it comes to delivery. What you’ll bring.. You’ve already worked with the Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions for a while now, and know how to turn a business problem into a Microsoft solution, with the art of possible. What else? Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 – including SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot. Experience in solution sales, pre-sales or Sales Engineering within a Microsoft-focused business. Ability to scope and shape solutions, backed by a technical delivery team. Able to create Statements of Work. Strong communicator, natural relationship builder.
