Job Title: Laminators (Contract)Location: Fareham
Rate: £21 per hour
Contract: Outside IR35
Hours: 40–60 per week
We’re on the lookout for skilled
Laminators to join a busy marine composites team in Hampshire.
What you’ll be doing:- Working on composite laminating projects using infusion techniques
- Preparing moulds, lay-up and infusion set-ups
- Reading and working from technical drawings
- Delivering high-quality finishes to meet project specifications
What we’re looking for:- Proven laminating experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Reliability and flexibility to support overtime when needed
- Previous marine or composites industry experience is highly desirable
What’s on offer:- £21 per hour – outside IR35
- Weekly hours between 40–60
