We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Team Assistant to join our dynamic team in Katowice. As a Sales Team Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting country management and sales representatives, ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing top-tier administrative support for the sales team.

What will be your role?
  • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and Key Account Managers, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage customer interactions by handling inquiries, complaints, and maintaining the Customer Care mailbox in Polish.
  • Oversee administrative processes related to insurance contracts, invoicing, and database updates.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including dealers, brokers, and the Administration Team, to ensure efficient workflows.

You might be a perfect fit if you have:
  • Written and spoken English at a minimum B2 level
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
