Job Description Conduct audits across IT and change management functions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Evaluate risks and controls within the organisation's technology processes, providing actionable recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop practical solutions. Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management, outlining findings and suggestions. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and assess their effectiveness. Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt audit approaches accordingly. Support the development of the annual audit plan for the technology and change department. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members where necessary. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Auditor - IT & Change should have: Proven experience in IT auditing or technology-focused internal auditing within the financial services industry. A strong understanding of risk management and control frameworks. Relevant professional qualifications, such as CISA or equivalent. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in report writing. Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to the financial services sector. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum.
