Job Description
  • Administer vaccinations and injections including influenza, COVID, and TB test placements.
  • Obtain vital signs and provide emergency care in collaboration with the provider on site.
  • Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout.
  • Assist with wait room management and outreach calls to enhance the patient experience.
  • Prepare the clinic and waiting space for optimal patient experience.
  • Provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
Critical Information
  • Required schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for 9.5-hour shifts (8:30 AM-7:00 PM).
  • Position requires working every third weekend and some major holidays.
  • This is a temporary/contract position with potential for conversion to permanent role.
Education/Licenses Needed
  • Valid and unrestricted LPN/LVN license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
