About the Role

<strong>Management & L&D Trainer</strong><br><strong>Salary:</strong> £35,000 - £45,000 DOE<br><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid (London office attendance approximately 6 days per year)<br><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time, 37.5 hours per week<br><br>We are delighted to be partnering with a nationally recognised training provider that has been delivering high-quality apprenticeships and professional development programmes across the UK for over 20 years. Due to continued growth and investment in their delivery team, they are seeking an experienced <strong>Management & L&D Trainer</strong> to support learners across apprenticeship and commercial training programmes.<br><br>The Role You will deliver engaging virtual and blended learning programmes across Leadership & Management, Learning & Development, HR and Coaching apprenticeships and commercial programmes at Levels 3, 4, 5 and 7.<br>Working with learners throughout their journey, you will provide coaching, assessment and developmental feedback to support successful completion and positive learner outcomes. While this is predominantly a remote role, occasional face-to-face delivery may be required.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Deliver engaging virtual and blended learning sessions.</li><ul><li>Support, coach and mentor learners throughout their learning journey.</li><li>Mark assignments and provide constructive developmental feedback.</li><li>Monitor learner progress, achievement and engagement.</li><li>Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding learner experience.</li></ul></ul><strong>Essential Requirements</strong><ul><li>Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS, Level 4 Award in Education and Training, or Level 3 working towards Level 4).</li><ul><li>Experience delivering Leadership & Management, HR, Learning & Development, or Coaching training programmes.</li><li>Experience delivering apprenticeships and/or adult learning programmes.</li><li>Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Maths and English at Level 2 or above.</li><li>CIPD Level 5 or equivalent Management qualification.</li><li>Understanding of apprenticeship standards and assessment requirements.</li></ul></ul><strong>Desirable</strong><ul><li>Knowledge of the current Ofsted Inspection Framework.</li><ul><li>Experience delivering Level 7 programmes.</li><li>Assessor qualification (CAVA, A1 or equivalent).</li></ul></ul>All appointments are subject to satisfactory DBS checks.<br><br>For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please contact <strong>Simon Atkins</strong> on <strong>07894 752230</strong> or apply today.
