Overview Staff Accountant North Andover Area | $60K-$80K | Temp-to-Hire | On-Site Growing food manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations within a collaborative finance team. Responsibilities Support Accounts Payable and accounting operations Review invoices, coding, and weekly payments Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close Support payroll reporting and journal entries Help improve accounting processes and controls Work closely with vendors and internal departments Qualifications 3-5 years of accounting or AP experience Strong Excel skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC14 preferred ADP knowledge is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and in a team environment Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM $60K-$80K based on experience Temp-to-hire opportunity Collaborative, family-oriented company culture Growing organization with long-term opportunity Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Experience: Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required) Accounts payable: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: North Andover, MA 01845 (Required) Work Location: In person
