Geography and Child Development Teacher - North Manchester

About the role:

Justteachers are looking for a Geography and Child Development Teacher to work within one of our Secondary Schools located in North Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a wonderful school and make a positive impact on pupils. Rates outstanding the school is widely viewed as one of the best in Greater Manchester.

This role will be on a long-term full-time basis until March 2027 and is to start in September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative Geography and Child Development lessons across KS3(G) and KS5 (CD)
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Inspire a passion for history and encourage critical thinking
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support development

Pre-requisites:

• Two education or school-based references
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• The ability to communicate with and inspire children of all abilities
• Clear Enhanced DBS and RTW
