What You Impact Is You will help deliver high-quality work that drives impactful programs for our clients, while building strong relationships and contributing fresh ideas to evolve our services. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute environmental projects involving site investigation, remediation, and demolition activities. Provide EHS regulatory and compliance services, including Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments and remediation planning. Act as Project Manager for small to medium projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and technical reports. Manage subcontractors, including contract negotiations and performance oversight. Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide strategic solutions. Collaborate with ERM regional and global teams to deliver multi-office projects. Ensure health & safety leadership during all field and office activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related science (master’s preferred) 5–9 years of experience in contaminated site investigation, remediation, construction/demolition, cost estimation, and contractor management. Strong experience in EHS Due Diligence, audits, and compliance programs (local and international standards preferred). Proven track record in project delivery for industrial clients with strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required (Japanese language proficiency is a plus if relevant to regional projects). Ability to travel extensively, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
