<div><strong>You will lead and deliver complex, high‑value advisory work across:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>International tax planning</li>
<li>Corporate reorganisations and cross‑border structuring</li>
<li>M&A transactions (buy side, sell side, carve-outs, integrations)</li>
<li>Private equity – fund structures, portfolio company support, exit readiness</li>
<li>TMT, consumer products, and manufacturing clients across UK, EU and global markets</li>
</ul>

<div><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Lead advisory projects on cross‑border tax planning, restructures and transactions</li>
<li>Deliver deal-focused tax advice that supports commercial and strategic outcomes</li>
<li>Work closely with clients, Partners, lawyers, banks and PE funds on live deal activity</li>
<li>Translate complex technical matters into clear, actionable recommendations</li>
<li>Spot opportunities to add value and drive business development</li>
<li>Mentor, coach and develop junior colleagues in the team</li>
</ul>

<div><strong>About you</strong></div>
<div><strong>We are looking for someone who is technically strong and commercially sharp.</strong></div>
<div><strong>Experience and attributes we value:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>ACA or CTA qualified</li>
<li>Strong experience in international tax, transaction tax or M&A advisory</li>
<li>Confident delivering advice in high‑pressure, deal-driven environments</li>
<li>Ability to translate technical points into outcomes that matter to investors, boards and management teams</li>
<li>Commercial judgement, curiosity and the ability to “join the dots”</li>
<li>Comfortable working in an agile, collaborative team with Partner exposure</li>
<li>A self‑starter who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and building strong client relationships</li>
</ul>
