Job Description
- Lead, inspire, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and services to customers.
- Manage and develop the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and maintain records.
- Monitor stock levels and work with suppliers to maintain inventory.
- Implement and promote health and wellbeing initiatives within the community.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of customer care and satisfaction.
- Manage pharmacy performance, budgets, and operational targets.
- Promote patient safety and continuously improve service quality.
- Drive business growth through effective leadership and service development.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
- Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Confidence in delivering professional advice and support to customers.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.
- Previous experience working as a community pharmacist.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to achieve business objectives.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer and patient care.
