SEND Teacher

About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Coventry to recruit a SEND Teacher for a specialist resource provision. This is a full-time role with an October 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The provision supports pupils with Autism and moderate learning difficulties in a structured and nurturing environment. Staff receive specialist SEND CPD and work alongside experienced inclusion professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalised learning programmes
• Support pupils to achieve EHCP outcomes
• Promote independence and communication skills
• Work collaboratively with the wider SEND team

Pre-requisites:

•  Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
•  Proven experience in Primary Education
•  A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
