Project Co-Ordinator

Location: Gloucester (hybrid role, 3 days per week onsite) Rate: £200 per day (outside IR35) Duration: 12 months Clearance: Police or Government clearance required (ideally already held) Skills: Project co-ordination, PMO, RAID logs, MS Project, Communication skills An experienced Project Co-ordinator is required to support a large-scale Windows 11 rollout across a multi-site, highly regulated public-sector organisation. You will be working closely with technical teams, deployment engineers and local site leads to ensure a smooth and well-structured rollout. You’ll help RAID logs, manage logistics, schedules and communications to keep the project running efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities Plan and co-ordinate M365 / Windows 11 roll out activity across a large and diverse estate. Liaise with engineers, IT teams and local stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption. Maintain project trackers, RAID risk logs and deployment schedules. Support hardware and software logistics and ensure accurate project logs. Escalate risks, issues and blockers promptly to the Project Manager. Deliver clear, professional communication and updates to internal teams and end users. Essential Skills & Experience 2+ years in similar role, managing RAID logs etc. Proven experience supporting IT deployment or rollout projects (Windows 10/11, O365, hardware refresh, etc.). Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Confident working in a customer-facing environment. Competent with MS Project, MS Office and project-tracking tools. Full UK driving license for occassional trave to sites Experience within a public-sector or other highly regulated environment desirable. Current police or government security clearance strongly preferred.
