About the Role
Felix Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong background in the water/wastewater construction industry or similar heavy civil construction. The ideal candidate will occasionally work alongside crew members for training purposes and possess expertise in one or more areas of construction, such as finishing concrete, putting pipe together, installing equipment, setting edge and gang forms, laying out pads and walls, or shooting grade. This role requires advanced construction experience, leadership skills, and the ability to train others.
