Hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing setting in Hamlin, TX. This is a great opportunity for a PTA who enjoys hands-on patient care and helping older adults improve mobility, strength, balance, and safety.

What you’ll do:

• Provide treatment under a Physical Therapist’s direction (therapeutic exercise, gait/balance training, functional mobility)
• Support safe transfers and ambulation progression per plan of care
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist

Requirements:

• Active TX PTA license (or compact)
• 2+ years PTA experience (required)
• LTC/SNF/geriatric rehab experience preferred
