About the Role
<p>Our client is an independent bulk liquid storage provider, storing crude, petroleum, chemical, bitumen, liquefied gas and biofuel products.</p>
<p>They are now actively seeking to hire a Project Manager to oversee multi disciplined projects on x2 sites.</p>
<p>This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to gain exposure to a wide variety of projects such as civil works, fire fighting, Jetty improvements, tank inspection etc</p>
<p>Salary Negotiable + annual bonus + private healthcare<br />Location: Grays, Essex with occasional travel to site in Wales</p>
<p>The role:</p>
<ul>
<li>Project Managing a variety of M&R and CAPEX projects accross x2 storage tank farm sites</li>
<li>Project execution in line with UK/European Legislation</li>
<li>Development of schedules and budgets, with monthly reporting</li>
<li>Compliance with COMAH and CDM regulations</li>
<li>Managing multiple project valuing between £10k up to £1 million</li>
<li>Management of contractors on site</li>
</ul>
<p>Experienced requied</p>
<ul>
<li>Project Management experience in a COMAH regulated chemical or petrochem brownfield environment</li>
<li>PMP/Prince 2 qualification</li>
</ul>
