Financial Crime Officer
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, flexible on which days)
Salary: Up to £70,000
CPS Group are working with a well-established organisation within the insurance sector that is looking to appoint a Financial Crime Officer (Advisory & Investigations). This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team, providing expert advice across all areas of financial crime while working closely with stakeholders throughout the business.
Reporting into the Senior Financial Crime Officer, you'll be responsible for providing practical guidance on financial crime matters, supporting investigations, reviewing alerts, and ensuring the business remains compliant with relevant UK and international regulations.
This is a varied advisory role where no two days are the same, offering exposure across sanctions, AML, fraud, anti-bribery, licensing and wider compliance initiatives.

We're looking for someone who has:
Experience gained within the insurance or reinsurance sector will be highly advantageous, as the role requires an understanding of the regulatory landscape specific to insurance businesses.
Exposure to licensing compliance, fraud investigations or anti-fraud frameworks would also be beneficial.
