Tasks will include a mix of the following:<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Vacuum all carpet and floor mats. Sweep floors.</li> <li>Dust mop and damp mop all tile floors.</li> <li>Empty all trash and take to dumpster.</li> <li>Clean entry door glass, spot clean glass and mirrors throughout office.</li> <li>Clean and sanitize restrooms. Refill toilet paper, soap and towel dispensers as needed from client’s supply.</li> <li>Clean kitchenette, sink and surrounding counter top, and water fountain.</li> <li>Dust uncovered areas of all desks, file cabinets, bookcases, counters and other furniture.</li> <li>Dust windowsills, phones and computers.</li> <li>Remove cobwebs from corners of ceilings and baseboards.</li> <li>Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures.</li> </ul><div> <br><strong>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</strong> </div><ul> <li>Able to communicate in English.</li> <li>Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.</li> <li>Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.</li> <li>Must care about quality.</li> <li>Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace.</li> <li>Must be reliable.</li> <li>Able to lift 35 lbs</li> <li>Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.</li> <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check</li> <li>Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation </li> </ul> </div>
