About the Role

Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our ambitious, high-performing team based in Berkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a flexible, agile and commercially minded recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both operational delivery and team leadership. As Talent Partner, you will take ownership of the recruitment life cycle - from approvals and briefing through to on-boarding, first day and beyond. You will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders while mentoring and supporting a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality talent aligned to business KPIs. This is a hands-on role requiring pragmatism, logical thinking, and strong organisational skills. Key Responsibilities Managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from approval to on-boarding and post-first day follow-up Ensuring all approvals are secured and governance processes are adhered to Taking detailed recruitment briefs and briefing the wider team, including offshore recruiters Sourcing talent using a variety of tools and methods Reviewing CV submissions and presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring managers Coordinating interviews between stakeholders and candidates Managing interview logistics, including meeting room bookings and virtual arrangements Offer management and on-boarding coordination Updating recruitment systems, reporting, and data management Contributing to continuous process improvements Supporting Client Partnership Leads to achieve desired objectives Remaining flexible and willing to take on a broader range of administrative responsibilities as required We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in Engineering, Telecoms or IT Infrastructure recruitment Flexible, agile and adaptable Hardworking and delivery-focused Pragmatic and logical in approach Highly organised with strong attention to detail A confident communicator - both written and verbal Comfortable managing stakeholders and influencing at different levels Experienced in leading or mentoring recruitment teams Data-driven and systems savvy You will be someone who leads by example, rolls up their sleeves when needed, and contributes positively to a fun, hardworking team culture.
