<p>Project Coordinator<br />12 Month Temporary Contract<br /><span>Office Based</span><br />Full Time Hours</strong>Melksham<br /></strong>Up to £18.00 per hour</strong><br /></strong>Are you immediately available and possess excellent customer service / administration experience?<br /></em>Do you possess very good IT skills?<br />Interested in joining a dynamic business on a 12 month temporary contract basis?</em>If you have answered “Yes” to all of the above, then I would very much like to hear from you!</em>Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their friendly team on a 12 month temporary contract basis. You will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring accurate and timely processing of various aspects of customer service and order management. </span><em><br />Key responsibilities will include:</em></span></p>
<li>Processing of customer information including Purchase Orders, Delivery Schedules, Sales Orders, Quotes and Order Acknowledgements.</li>
<li>Preparing and generating internal and external reports.</li>
<li>Supporting Project Managers in the delivery of projects.</li>
<li>Liaise efficiently and effectively with other departments through email, telephone and face to face to resolve issues relating to service delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Candidate Specification:</em></span></p>
<li>Strong organisation, time management, prioritisation and administrative skills.</li>
<li>Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Good rapport building skills.</li>
<li>SAP (or similar) computer system experience a great advantage</li>
