Production / Manufacturing Engineers. £40k - £45k + Shift, benefits.

New opportunities for production and manufacturing leaders / engineers with strong manufacturing management experience to join our well established global manufacturer. We will be looking for: good communication; excellent team management skills; strong problem solving and solution providing allied with strong lean and continuous improvement techniques (six sigma, 5S, Gemba, JIT etc.). A real opportunity to own and influence: process improvements; infrastructure upgrades; equipment supply; project management; manufacturing strategy. We will also be looking for good production planning skills; excellent health and safety awareness; an understanding of quality requirements.
