This is a broad and high-profile role within a dynamic international business, offering exposure across financial control, statutory reporting, audit management, and business partnering.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities while supporting senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement within the finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

    * Managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
    * Overseeing statutory reporting and Companies House filings
    * Managing relationships with external auditors, including Deloitte
    * Supporting annual Group Audit and Half Year Audit processes
    * Reviewing and preparing consolidated financial reporting under IFRS
    * Ensuring robust financial controls, governance, and compliance processes are maintained
    * Partnering with senior finance and operational stakeholders across the business
    * Driving process improvement initiatives across reporting and control environments
    * Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting activities where required

Candidate profile:

  • ACA / ACCA / CA qualified
    * Strong financial control and technical accounting background
    * Proven experience managing statutory reporting and external audits
    * Strong IFRS knowledge and group reporting experience
    * Experience operating within complex, multi-entity organisations
    * Real estate, property, infrastructure, or asset-heavy sector experience preferred
    * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    * Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised real estate business in a visible and commercially important leadership role.
