About the Role:

• Lead and develop the employment law practice, providing expert advice to a diverse client portfolio.
• Oversee complex employment disputes, including tribunal claims, breaches of contract, and discrimination cases.
• Contribute to business growth through client development and networking activities.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lawyer specialising in Employment Law.
• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• A recognised legal qualification and active practising certificate.
• 10 pqe+
