About the Role

<p><span><strong>Location:</strong> <em>Wrocław, Poland</em></span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity (will not consider remote location or relocation)</strong></span><br></p><p><span><em>Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality assurance? We're looking for a Manual QA Intern to join our team. You'll learn from experienced QA professionals and gain hands-on experience in testing our desktop products.</em></span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Manual testing of the features implemented by team,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Being proactive in discovering the best methods for testing new features and confirming that all requirements are met,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Reproducing and analyzing errors,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creating and conducting manual tests cases,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Performing regression and system testing of the product,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participation and assistance in the release processes.</span><br></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic understanding of software development and testing life cycles (including black box testing, regression testing etc.),</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Windows and/or macOS,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Professional and positive communication skills,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</span><br></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong interest in gaining practical experience in manual software testing,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Passion to develop an understanding of quality assurance practices and standards,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enhance communication and teamwork skills within a professional setting.</span><br></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>What’s On Offer:</strong></span></p><p><span>At Opera, you’ll join a diverse and inclusive team of experienced, supportive professionals who value creativity and collaboration.
