Must have a strong background in social servicesand behavioral management. Under the supervision of management staff, the Case Manager will provide supportive services to individuals and low-income families, helping them access resources, and match to adequate resources. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.51/HR Location: Arvin, CA Full Time, Temp-Hire Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide case management services to clients with social service and behavioral needs. Conduct intake interviews and assessments to identify client needs, goals, and match to resource programs Develop individualized service plans and monitor progress toward goals. Connect clients with community resources, housing options, and supportive programs. Provide behavioral management guidance and support to clients and families. Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and case documentation. Collaborate with outside agencies, service providers, and internal teams to ensure effective support. Conduct home visits, outreach, and follow-ups as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred. At least 2 years of experience in social services, behavioral health, or case management. Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Computer literacy and strong organizational skills. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is required Physical Demands: Must be able to communicate effectively in person and by phone. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel locally for home visits and client support. Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 35 pounds.
