Year 4 Teacher - Bradford

About the role:

Justteachers is delighted to be working with a welcoming and highly regarded Catholic primary school in Bradford, seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September.

The school is looking for a teacher who will embrace and support its Catholic ethos while helping pupils reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 4 class, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that motivate pupils and promote a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Promote high standards of behaviour and achievement.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leaders.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and support its Catholic values and ethos.

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
