In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of individuals and families, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and services. Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and risks. To be considered for this position, you must hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent assessment and analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures. Experience in a similar role within a statutory setting is highly desirable.
