We are working with a large organisation operating in the energy and infrastructure sector to appoint an Innovation Specialist to support the development of new technologies and initiatives across the business. The organisation is investing in a range of energy solutions and technologies as part of its long-term strategy.

This role will support innovation activities across the organisation, working with internal teams and external partners to explore new technologies, support pilot projects, and assess potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support innovation initiatives focused on emerging energy technologies and new business opportunities.
  
• Assist in the delivery of research projects, pilot programmes, and technology demonstrations.
  
• Work with internal teams, research institutions, and external partners on innovation activities.
  
• Conduct market and technology research to identify relevant industry developments.
  
• Support knowledge sharing and internal engagement on innovation projects.
  

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  
• Interest or experience in energy technologies, innovation, or project development.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and presentation skills.
